Before you venture out into the cool water with your new stand-up paddle and SUP accessories, there are a few rules to keep in mind. In the eyes of the law, your SUP board is considered a paddle boat, which means that the same rules apply to you as to kayaks, rowing boats and canoes. If you are 300 metres from the shore, you must have a life jacket with you and your SUP board must be clearly marked with your name and address. Use a waterproof pen for this. Also make sure that you stay outside protected areas and always give way to boats. You do not have right of way over sailing boats, commercial fishing boats or cargo ships. Areas where paddling is not permitted are marked by signs with a white line on a red background or by yellow buoys. You must also keep at least 25 metres away from reed beds and water lilies. The use of electric motors is prohibited on Swiss waters without exception. In poor visibility and at night, it is mandatory to carry a white all-round light. Failure to comply with these regulations may result in a fine.

We deliver all products ordered directly via our webshop free of charge within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
The only exception to this are small products that are marked as "GONSERBOX" items. To be able to offer you the best possible prices for these items as well, we charge a shipping fee of CHF 6.90 for GONSERBOX items. As soon as the total of all GONSERBOX-items reaches CHF 35.00, you will also receive these items free of shipping costs!
Your order will be dispatched as quickly as possible after receipt of payment in accordance with the delivery times stated in the webshop. Shipping on account is unfortunately not possible.
Delivery is usually carried out by our parcel service providers Planzer and DHL. General cargo is delivered by one of our haulage companies. The carrier always delivers to the kerbside of the respective delivery address.
