100 Days Right of Exchange

Your satisfaction with your order is important to us. If the goods do not meet your expectations, please feel free to contact us. We will then provide you with the return instructions, and you may return the item within 100 days of receiving the delivery.Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will refund the full amount in the form of a voucher.

Please observe the following instructions before returning the product:

• All returns must be agreed with us in advance.
• The right of exchange applies exclusively to orders placed via our webshop. Orders placed via other platforms are excluded from this right.
• The goods must be complete, undamaged, unused and in their original packaging. Used, assembled or not originally packed goods are excluded from the right of exchange.
• The right of exchange also applies to orders placed using the “purchase on invoice” payment method. Any outstanding invoice must be settled within the specified payment term, regardless of any exchange. Refunds are issued in the form of a store voucher.
