BEWARE OF FAKE SHOPS AND FAKE PROFILES ON SOCIAL MEDIA
Recently, fraudsters have been misusing the GONSER name to deceive customers. They create fake online shops or counterfeit social media profiles that appear to come from us. We believe it is important to inform our customers about these risks, to be transparent about the measures we are taking, and to explain how you can protect yourself against fraud.
FAKE ONLINE SHOPS
Fraudulent websites such as gonser-ch.shop or gonsersale.shop misuse our brand name, accept orders and payments, but do not deliver any goods. These websites have no connection whatsoever with GONSER.
We have reported these cases to the relevant authorities and remain in contact with them. However, since we are not the direct victims, only the affected customers themselves can file a complaint.
WHAT TO CHECK BEFORE ORDERING
- Always order only through the official GONSER AG website: www.gonser.ch
- Carefully check the web address – small variations (e.g. “-ch” or “sale” in the name) are often a sign of fraud.
FAKE SOCIAL MEDIA PROFILES
In addition to fake shops, counterfeit social media profiles occasionally appear in the name of GONSER, advertising fake competitions or giveaways. In many cases, you may be asked to click on links or provide personal details.
HOW TO RECOGNISE THE OFFICIAL GONSER PROFILE
Our official accounts are exclusively:

- TikTok: GONSER.CH
We will never ask you to provide sensitive data via private messages.
WHAT TO DO IF YOU FALL VICTIM
If you have placed an order on a fake shop or been misled by a fake profile:
- File a report with the police. Information and reporting portals are available on the federal website: https://www.report.ncsc.admin.ch/de/
- Contact your bank or payment service provider if you have already made a payment.
- Change your passwords if you have shared sensitive login details.
- Run a virus scan if you have clicked on a suspicious link.

- We consistently report fraudulent shops and profiles to the relevant authorities.
- Fake profiles on social media are immediately flagged by us and requested to be blocked.
- We transparently inform our customers about current incidents.
