We deliver all products ordered directly via our webshop free of charge within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
The only exception to this are small products that are marked as "GONSERBOX" items. To be able to offer you the best possible prices for these items as well, we charge a shipping fee of CHF 6.90 for GONSERBOX items. As soon as the total of all GONSERBOX-items reaches CHF 35.00, you will also receive these items free of shipping costs!
Your order will be dispatched as soon as payment has been received or, in the case of purchase on invoice, immediately after the order is placed. Purchase on invoice is only available under certain conditions. Delivery is made within the delivery times stated in the online shop.
Delivery is usually carried out by our parcel service providers Planzer and DHL. General cargo is delivered by one of our haulage companies. The carrier always delivers to the kerbside of the respective delivery address.
Unfortunately, delivery abroad is not possible.
