Garden Tools for Your Green Oasis

Anyone with a green thumb knows that the gardening season starts before spring has really arrived. After all, you have to plan what to plant. Then the seeds have to be obtained and germinated so that the little plants can finally be planted outside. Then the little seedlings have to be defended against snails, insects and birds. Basic equipment includes a garden rake for loosening the soil, a garden shovel for planting, secateurs for pruning shrubs, perennials and flowers and a saw for branches. Every garden also needs a watering can and a garden hose to water the plants. A rain barrel is also a good idea to collect rainwater for drier times.
